/web1/index.php/preserve-our-health-during-and-after-haze 532

Haze is a condition whereby we are facing with reduced visibility in the air as a result of condensed water vapour, smoke, dust and etc. Haze is pervasive everywhere in the atmosphere and there is nowhere to run. Though we taking some preventive measures to minimize our outdoor activities and wearing mask, yet the same air is in our home too. Hence, there are some issues to get mask as it can go out of stock and feeling uncomfortable while wearing it.

Health related issues that derive from haze are inevitable and can be hazardous. The most susceptible groups are elderly people and children. When the Air Pollution Index (API) goes beyond 300 and patients with underlying diseases like asthma and heart attack, it can be fatal in some cases. Other common problems are eye, nasal and throat irritations. In severe cases lung tissue inflammation and scarring.

Reducing outdoor activities and physical exertion may help to reduce the impact of haze to our health. But, we can’t solve or avoid it. It has deep and long term health effects in our body that may have been accumulated during the period of haze.

Air goes into lungs with whatever composition in it regardless with all the preventive measures that you are adhering to.  An individual are operating from the inside, not merely from external idea and activity.  The meaning of inside is referring to our body and mind. Here, I would like to propose the best methods to avoid haze related issue to our health and scientifically proven.
